MOObile at 39 North
July 30 @ 11:30 am - 1:30 pm

The MOOblie is excited to make their debut at the Danforth Plant Science Center/39 North – Wednesday, July 30th, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM. They will be parking on the lot just west of the Warson Road campus entrance.
They will be opening their brick and mortar, Pierce Creek, at 10405 Old Olive Street Road in early summer. Here’s an article about that: https://www.stlmag.com/
MOOre about the MOObile:
The MOObile Food Truck is the brainchild of Pierce Creek Cattle Company, a fourth-generation farm in Lonedell, Missouri. The mission is to provide healthy, locally and pastured-raised beef with a commitment to quality and sustainability. They do not use any unnecessary antibiotics or added hormones. They are truly farm-to-table with a “from scratch” kitchen.
On Tuesday, they will be offering a menu that includes smash burgers, a specialty burger, Chipotle mayo grilled cheese, tallow fries, and dipping sauces. They use as many local ingredients as possible, including buns and bread from Companion Baking Co. Their experience includes festivals, events, catering, corporate events, and private parties.
