Please join us for networking, coffee, donuts, and to share your experiences being the interface between science and management. Many of us ‘graduated’ to our current positions from the benchtop, and we are still engaged in the common startup practice of building the plane as we fly it. This group presents opportunities, both to share the struggles and approaches related to this intersection of fields, as well as to build connections with peers who are faced with these same challenges, which helps each of us to grow our capacity as leaders in our respective organizations.
