
39 North Existing Conditions Assessment
This study, launched in March 2024, is assessing the current ownership, tenancy, zoning, and usage of facilities and structures within 39 North so that we can understand the landscape and make informed decisions about developing the footprint.

Graduation Space Assessment
This ongoing assessment will assess up to three buildings within the 39 North footprint that have the potential to be developed as mixed-use lab/office space for early-stage companies “graduating” from the incubator stage. Through this study, we will complete pre-construction planning work to determine the feasibility, expected costs, and design options for these buildings. This study is supported the St. Louis County Port Authority.

The Hub at 39 North
The Hub was activated in June 2024 to serve as an open collaboration and coworking space and the beating heart of 39 North. The functional offices for the 39 North team are based within The Hub and community members are encouraged to join us in the space for meetings, coworking, and gatherings.
