Our district is anchored by Bayer Crop Science and the Danforth Plant Science Center, and within our facilities, including the Helix Center BioTech Incubator, the BRDG Park and EDGE@BRDG buildings, more than 35 growing agtech companies call 39 North home.
Physical Assets
Located in St. Louis County within 500 miles of 50% of the country's agricultural land, 39 North not only houses companies and a vibrant community, it’s home to support infrastructure that is uniquely impactful to innovators and scientists in the agtech sector. Within the over 1M sq feet of space we have dedicated to agtech and plant science, innovators can access office and lab facilities, cutting-edge equipment, specialized growth chambers and greenhouses.
